When you sign up for one or more of our services, you will get the first visit absolutely free and discounted rates will apply to regular customers.

Initial Consultation

A free consultation visit in your home is made before confirmation of a booking. During the visit we can discuss the level of care you require, daily routines for feeding and exercising, likes and dislikes and answer any questions you may have.

Area Covered

We cover a 5 mile radius from Penycae, Wrexham, North Wales. For each mile further there will be an additional charge of .40p per mile. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Prices

Please see the Your Pet pages for prices. There will be an extra charge of £1 per service for bank holidays.

Keeping In Touch

We can also keep in touch with you via phone or text message to let you know how your pet is.

Items to be provided by the pet owner

In order to make the transition easier for your pet, we would be grateful if you could supply the following items.

- all food and treats
- feeding utensils, e.g. water bowl
- medication
- toys
- grooming equipment
- bedding

Medication

We are able to give your pets oral medication and we can also follow any special diets or food requirements.

Keys

You can leave your keys with us in complete confidence, all keys are identified via a code and do not have your name and address on.
